The quality of limes can be accurately selected based on the target market. The Lime Vision UNITEC Technology system enables automatic selection of these small fruits without the use of manual labor, as the system allows adjustment of the level of quality selection to be implemented during processing, establishing the level of defects to be eliminated from batches. Thanks to Lime Vision UNITEC Technology, quality selection can thus be customized based on the individual requirements of each market, from the most to the least demanding.
Productivity.
Quality selection is carried out at the same time as sorting and colour selection, as the UNICAL 300 roller transport system can process up to 14 fruits/sec per sorting lane, thus meeting to the requirements of the most demanding fruit & vegetable processing plants in terms of capacity. The UNICAL 300 system can accommodate one, two, four, six or eight lanes.
