UNI BINS WASH 300.
UNI BINS WASH 300 is an innovative bin cleaning line equipped with an optical system that detects the level of soiling inside bins and automatically selects the appropriate cleaning programme, optimizing consumption and throughput.
UNI BINS WASH 300 is equipped with a bin destacker at machine entry, an optical system, a bin tipping system at cleaning machine entry with recovery of foreign objects present in bins, a low pressure cleaning section with self-cleaning rotary filter and motorized mesh filter and a high pressure cleaning section, a further tipper at cleaning machine exit, a stacking station and a clean bin collection station.
Functionality.
UNI BINS WASH 300 is equipped with an optical vision system which, using a videocamera, gauges the level of soiling inside bins and automatically selects the most suitable wash program from the 5 available:
- ultra rapid with low pressure (light)
- ultra rapid with low and high pressure
- rapid with low and high pressure
- medium with low and high pressure
- slow with low and high pressure (intensive).
Cleaning.
UNI BINS WASH 300 is equipped with a self-cleaning rotary filter and a motorized mesh filter. On request, it can be fitted with a water purification system employing a woven fabric filter.
