Crates washing.
UNI BOX WASH.
Strong point:
- up to 3000 crates/hour
- internal filter system for energy savings
UNI BOX WASH is equipped with two parallel washing lines which operators supply manually, placing the dirty crates facing downwards.
The machine exit features two chutes where washed crates drip dry before manual collection by operators at the end of the cycle.
The maximum washing capacity is 3000 crates/hour, but this will vary depending on the level of soiling to be removed.
Operators can select one of four different speed levels.
The washing process comprises 4 stages:
- dirty crate infeed in two manually supplied washing lines.
- 1st washing phase with cold water jets at a pressure of 6 bar).
- 2nd washing phase with cold water jets at a pressure of approx. 200 bar,
using a power washer with mobile nozzles. - a drip-dry phase which takes place on the chutes at the machine exit.
UNI BOX WASH is equipped with a special internal filter system which enables 100% of the wash water to be reused, reducing consumption at this stage.
During the first washing phase the filter system requires periodical manual removal of residues.
In the second washing phase the filter system employs a self-cleaning system.
