Palletizers.
Palletization is the final stage of processing in fruit & vegetable processing plants. UNI PAL series palletizers (100, 200 and 300) can palletize crates of various different types. Palletization systems are directly linked to the packing stage and enable crates to be transferred onto an evacuation roller conveyor which stacks them using a gripper with self-centering sides, guaranteeing a safe and secure grip on crates.
UNI PAL technologies are extremely reliable and flexible. They creates excellent efficiency in the organization and optimization of space within fruit & vegetable processing plants and complies to current regulations governing “Ergonomic Principles in the Workplace”.
The systems are constructed with sturdy uprights which accommodate the self-centering crate gripper. Each machine is equipped with a touchscreen control panel for the operator which facilitates the operator’s tasks at the various handling and programming stages.
UNI PAL 300.
The UNI PAL 300 palletizer allows automatic palletization of cardboard, wood and plastic crates on footboards sized 800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm.
UNI PAL 300 can operate with freestanding footboards or with automatic footboard supply systems, enabling total automation of the palletization line.
Precision and delicate handling.
All movements are controlled by electronic variable speed drives, enabling the machine to be used even for palletization of particular types of crates and extremely delicate produce.
Mobility.
The UNI PAL 300 model with freestanding footboard can be equipped with wheels, allowing it to be moved easily to any point in the line where palletization is required.

The use of a special plate for transfer of the crate mosaic means that it can be used with various types of crates of different sizes.

UNI PAL 100.
The palletizer UNI PAL 100 allows automatic palletization of cardboard, wood and plastic boxes on pallets size mm1000 x1200 and mm 800 x1200.
UNI PAL 100 works only with on-ground pallet and can be equipped with automatic-centring system for boxes layer. The system is very flexible and productive. The programming is simple and intuitive.
