UNI BOX is the machine designed to improve organization of work in fruit & vegetable processing plants. Designed and constructed entirely by Unitec for rapid, precise opening of collapsible crates of any make using dedicated software (also developed by Unitec), this machine is extremely versatile (adapting movements for opening of 40 different models of crate), quick and gentle in executing opening and has the capacity to open 1,100 crates per hour without damaging a single crate. Collapsed crates can be loaded using a pallet truck and, as UNI BOX, is fitted with wheels, it can be moved around easily and even positioned on mezzanines designated for supplying packages to packing lines.
