Our company has also undertaken a process of innovation in the field of tomato processing, including the beef tomato variety, which is characterized by very particular features in terms of shape and delicacy, as a tomato with especially soft pulp. For this variety, we developed a weight-based sizing system that can be integrated with automatic colour selection.
